Q: Do you work/ship on the weekends?
A: No. Our normal operating, and tumbler making business hours are Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm CST. We will happily answer questions throughout the day and nights tho. Reasonable hours apply – for example, please don’t expect an immediate response on weekends OR at 3am at night. Please note that on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays we are extremely busy during those days and responses will be delayed. We ship out on Mondays and Wednesdays during the week. (except on Holidays) **During the Holidays - our response time will be delayed due to the amount of emails we receive. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please feel free to message us again, we are not ignoring you, promise!
Q: What does Business days or weeks mean?
A: Business days are Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm CST. So when we state turnaround time is 3-6 BUSINESS weeks, for example, your total turnaround days equals 21-42 business days (you do not count Saturday and Sundays in your turnaround time).
Q: What do you charge for shipping?
A: We use USPS for all shipments at this time. Items under 15oz will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and uninsured. Items over 15oz, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and up to $100 insurance included. Any additional insurance please contact us.
Additionally, all orders over $40 come with FREE SHIPPING!
Q: How fast is shipping/turnaround time?
A: Our current turn-around time is 6-12 BUSINESS weeks for tumblers and 3-6 BUSINESS WEEKS for all clothing and accessories, except during Holidays. Christmas guarantee delivery stops October 31st for all tumblers. We will not guarantee ANY Christmas delivery of tumblers after this date. If extenuating circumstances cause additional delays, there will be notifications in the Facebook group and on the website.
Q: How do Rush Orders work?
A: Need your tumbler faster than or current turn-around time of 6-12 BUSINESS weeks for tumblers and 3-6 BUSINESS WEEKS for all clothing and accessories, except during Holidays. For a small fee, we will “bump” you to the front of the line with shipment between 5-10 BUSINESS days. You will need to add the add-on listing “Rush Order” per tumbler and or clothing purchase. After we ship, we cannot control the USPS and how long it takes for your item to arrive. For next day delivery or shipment between a certain time period, please contact us BEFORE you purchase.

Q: Do you have a buy now pay later option (Sezzle)?
A: Yes! Raggedy Edges, The Original Tumbler Snob ™ is partnered with Sezzle to assist customers in creating smaller payment amounts over a length of time. The minimum order for this service is $40
Q: Do you allow modifications or add-ons to orders?
A: Due to the nature of your custom orders, we cannot accept any changes to an order once it has been processed. Exception will apply, please send us a message to discuss. Additional Fees may apply.
Q: Do you offer wholesale/bulk pricing?
A: We do offer wholesale and bulk pricing. Restrictions apply. Please contact us for inquires.
Q: Do you offer a Loyalty Program?
A: we do offer a loyalty program! You earn 1 point for ever $ you spend!! These points can be redeemed for discounts off purchases!
